First of all, I hope this finds you and your loved ones healthy in body and mind. Those are unprecedented times we're living. Our ability to go with the flow, stay calm and grounded is being tested. Hopefully, when this is over (yes, that too shall pass), we will have found out that we are more resilient and resourceful than we ever thought.
One reality that's been thrown at us violently, for sure, is that we are all inter-connected, for better or worse. Let's make it for the better right now, by coming together to continue practicing yoga, via digital technology. So, to accomdoate our increasingly homebound situation, my New York, in-studio yoga classes are going online this week. This is a first! We will be using the zoom platform. The good news is that wherever you are in the world, you can practice!
Class schedule is:
Mondays: 7:30pm - 8:45pm on Mondays
Saturdays: 8am - 9am + 9:15am - 10:30am
