2025, here we go!

2025, here we go!

What are you ready to welcome? What experiences do you want to live? But first, what are you going to let go of and what new choices are you going to make?

New Year's resolutions are all well and good, but without inner transformation they are just empty words. As Joe Dispenza says so well, this year like every year,

...if you don't change anything in yourself, nothing in your life will change.

This "in yourself" is none other than the sum total of our thoughts and emotions, these invisible but oh so powerful strings that pull us into action and give birth to our reality. So of course, the same thoughts lead to the same emotions, the same actions, the same experiences, the same reality over and over again. Is that reality to your liking? That is the question.

Over time, many researchers, philosophers, shamans and others have explored this powerful phenomenon according to which our thoughts create our physical reality. Whatever the paradigm, what always comes out of these explorations is that our mind is super powerful, for better or for worse! I think we all know something about that. When the thoughts that go round and round in our head are mostly negative, laced with fear or anger, our health suffers, our reality is not very bright or inspired.

I was (re)confronted to this truth when, after my recent wrist fracture and the neuro-dystrophy that followed, I saw fear and doubt take a hold of me. Not easy to believe that healing is possible when pain persists. But "not easy" does not mean impossible. Choosing to think differently is 100% possible. It leads to new emotions and experiences (and to an algo-blabla that has radically improved :-D )

No, these are not crazy New Age ideas. It is psychological, emotional, neurological, hormonal, energetic. Recent years’ discoveries in epigenetics and neuroscience are particularly fascinating, because they link the biological dimension of the human being to their spiritual dimension.

So if the mind is so powerful, optimizing its functioning seems like the wise thing to do, doesn’t it? This is what meditation offers, a process in which we learn to forget our ordinary self to open ourselves to a much larger self, and to new fields of possibilities. Why not try this meditation right now?

Take care xo
